Are you passionate about making a lasting impact in kids’ lives? As a regional director, you’ll play a key role in leading and supporting our afterschool and summer programs. Working alongside the director of programming, you’ll mentor and support site directors, ensuring programs run smoothly and meet the needs of the children we serve. You’ll also step in to lead when needed, helping shape an environment that fosters spiritual, physical, social, emotional, and cognitive growth. This is more than a leadership role—it’s an opportunity to mentor, educate, evaluate, and build relationships that strengthen our mission.

This role leads Coalition For Kids' volunteer and community outreach efforts, from recruiting and onboarding volunteers to building relationships with churches, businesses, and civic organizations. You'll coordinate service projects, manage the volunteer database, and represent C4K at community events.
